• Provided support while development, QA, and production to different teams according to their requirements
• Design and implement information security solutions such as assessing and managing risks
• Performed IAM Service according to the policy and authority are given to developers in AWS
• Review and analyze security device configuration and security policies and provide security issues and solutions

• Plays a role in preventing and resolving production disruption, managing risk, improving support effectiveness, and improving technical processes within the CAO, Audit and Law IT team and the enterprise applications managed
• Identify application deficiencies and provide/recommend solutions to the support team and the business
• Follow up on all requests that have been opened to ensure that the Technical and Quality Assurance (QA) Teams adhere to the change management process
