I am a 21-year-old finance and science student with over 5 years of experience in member services at CGCC, I was responsible for handling and charging members accounts, as well as delivering professional customer service at first tee and back shop. In addition to a strong passion for finance and investment, through my schoolwork I have developed professional skills in Excel, MS word, and outlook.
Through my work at Vlada Professional tailoring I learned how to take care of clients, accommodate their needs and species requests, work around their time constrains and create a warm and welcoming environment. I also gained over 3 years of experience working with payment and money transactions, this includes depositing cheques, accepting online money transfers, and keeping track of client’s appointments and outstanding charges using excel and MS office.
Being part of members services team at Calgary Golf and Country Club, my primary responsibilities are handling the transactions taking place on members accounts using Jonas’s system, helping members schedule and organize their tee times, prioritize member satisfaction, and troubleshoot any problems arising during game time. The most educational parts of my work are the tournaments, keeping track of over 100 members playing at once and over 1,200 existing accounts can be challenging, being fast on your feet and keeping organized is a necessity that I had to develop.
I am a double major in both Finance and biological sciences. I have completed 5 student project in the field of macroeconomics and finance.
