Skills: greeting customers, directing customers to appropriate staff, handling and counting cash, operating a cash register, maintaining and tracking inventory, assisting customers/clients

The most relevant education would be the 2-Year Business Diploma from Sault College. This course provided the daily operations of a business, how to do a business plan, how to market products/merchandise, accounting practices, data entry, inventory practices, and some legal details of a business.
