I am a passionate supporter worker who make a real differences to those who are in vulnerable situations by being the highlight of someone’s day and be there for them in their darkest hour promoting and providing support in a person’s centered way. Iam empathetic and understanding, excellent communication and listening skills, flexibility and adaptability, dignity and respect, attention to detail, follow rules and procedures and an excellent team player. And have been rendering care and support for 3years. Looking for a stable and consistent employment with a care organization who has a positive reputation within the industry where I will be able to learn, develop and progress in an exciting environment/industry that I am passionate about.
