I am a passionate graduate with a Masters's in Applied Disability Studies: Leadership, Diversity, Community and Culture. My goal is to remove barriers that are seen through physical, social, organizational, and communication means and create a more inclusive and accessible space for all people.

Online Accessibility Tester 

• Used WCAG 2 to determine to create a report on all online accessibility issues to ensure all users (with or without disabilities) can access and encourage inclusive user interface 
• Was attentive to detail when reviewing several modules to ensure the course was easy to follow and had no grammatical errors to create an easy learning space
• Maintained a strong work ethic by using an agenda to create self-motivating deadlines to have modules completed to ensure the course development was completed to time

  Unobtrusive Researcher 

• Worked independently to observe and identify oppressive physical, social, communication, attitudinal, and organizational barriers that prevented equal access in a mall setting
• Organized observations in a journal which was later turned into a report that outlined the fine details of oppressive barriers that was analyzed through Manifest Latent Analysis
