I have been working in ECE journey for about 3 years, and now I am back to school for pastry program. The reason is I love learning and exploring various professions. This is also the reason makes me want to work in airline. The global airline industry provides an opportunity to make a connection with various ethnic people.
Observation skills. I develop a well observation to what is happening around me from ECE environment. Children always act fast and they have different ways to tell their emotions. Therefore, I need to pay attention to each child's different expression to recognize their needs.
Customer focused. I understand the need of customer and determine reasonable plans. I work as a food server in different small restaurants and big events. I have experienced different situations and learned from different mangers. I believe I have the ability to determine some nice reasonable plans for customers. If I need help, I always check the permission from my mangers.
I finished my early childhood education diploma from Langara College. I am in the pastry program in Vancouver Community College now.
