I am currently looking to change my field and career path.

My professional experience has taught me to take more opportunities. I started in childcare and found that it wasn't for me. I have since switched to customer service and I have really enjoyed people.

I excelled when I was working as a barista - I was incredibly happy and excited to come to work everyday and have a great day and I put so much care and effort into making customer have a great and unique experience.

My customer service and reception skills have been refined with a couple years in the automotive industry - specifically collision therefore I have extensive experience with diffusing situations or even customers who are overexcited.

I am a college graduate of the ECE program
