I am a graduate of Fleming College and the University of Ottawa, and I am excited to join the workforce. I am looking for an opportunity and position that would allow me to use the skills I have gained while developing new ones.

Supervisor and Baker at Marmora Tim Horton's (2024-06 – Present)

Over my two years at Tim Horton's, I have become fully trained in both the front and back of house and was promoted to a Supervisor, with my jobs and skills including:

• I am trusted to delegate tasks to employees and train new employees
• I am trusted to handle money, including refunds and end-of-day reports
• I have worked both the opening and closing shifts regularly
• I can serve customers in a friendly and timely manner, as well as communicate with them regarding their needs, answer their questions, and resolve any conflicts with them

Cashier and Customer Service at The Buff Stuff Store (2016-10 – 2022-09)

During my time at the Buff Stuff Store, I was fully trained in every job on the store and customer service side of the business, which included:

• Taking visitors of the farm on a guided tour, and I was able to educate them about the water buffalo and the farm operations
• I was trusted with handling money and training new employees
• I served customers and answered any questions the customers had
• Packaging the product and stocking the fridges and freezers

Farm Hand at MacAlpine Farms (2014-10 – Present)

• I am comfortable doing physical labour
• I learned how to multitask and pay attention to the details of what each animal needed

Placement - Bail Supervision and Verification Program at Elizabeth Fry Society of Peterborough (2025-09 – 2025-12)

• Case noted daily interactions with service users, as well as their court appearances and updates, any communications with other services they were accessing
• I had the opportunity to observe, assist with, and conduct Bail Check-ins, and interview new referrals
• Developed the ability to build rapport with service users
• Communicated with inner and outside community services and organizations
• I had the opportunity to do programming with service users

Co-op at Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation (2018-02 – 2018-06)

• Communicated with community partners for fundraiser events
• Utilized computer programs to create posters for events
