Aspiring Sales /customer service representative
I am a recent graduate at the beginning of my career aspiring to develop myself as a sales and customer service representative.
I am a bachelor's degree holder in Psychology with a minor in business. I am a self-driven individual with an enthusiastic and high-energy character. I am a great team player and a highly competitive individual being a former soccer varsity athlete.
I have built great communication and customer service skills during my time as a customer service representative at Redeemer University. I have also lived in 3 countries where I have gained educational and life experience in several different cultures and economies.
In my role as an Athletic Center Customer Service representative at Redeemer University, I was the first point of contact for inquiries about the Athletic facilities and membership packages. I was responsible for orienting new members to the facility and equipment alongside maintaining a safe environment in the Athletic center.
I have also worked at Wander the Resort as a support staff. Where I managed guest bookings and accommodations along with front desk support work. I was also involved in events set up.
