My experience engaging with customers, alongwith my role in quality control within the cannabis sector, has given me valuableinsights into product quality and compliance. I am eager to help customers makeinformed choices and contribute to a positive environment in the cannabiscommunity.

I have worked with the Quality Control and packaging department with the cannabis industry and prior to that handled customer service and retention in fields like Edtech and Retail Banking.

I have completed my diploma in Finance Technology from Conestoga College in Kitchener.
