I am originally from Cuba but since December 2022, I have been a Permanent Resident of Canada. Prior to arriving in Canada, I was a Tour Guide from 2006 to 2022 in Varadero, Cuba, providing me with extensive customer service experience, which I enjoyed very much. I am so multilingual, speaking Spanish, English, French and Italian fluently. I am hardworking, reliable and responsible. I have my drivers license and a vehicle. and am available all shifts.

From 1997 to 2005, i was a Customs Officer in Cuba, inspecting incoming airline passengers, airplanes and cargo ships.
I have a 4-year degree from the School of Language, a Certificate from the School of Tourism, and a 4-year Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering Degree from the University of Matanzas
