Until recently, I was the Education Coordinator of a learning centre. I was responsible for the day-to-day workings of the office as well as managing the 25+ staff and 160+ students. Communication was a large part of my daily responsibilities, as was delegating responsibility among the administrative staff. I am also a ghostwriter and have been professionally writing for 15 years.
