As a recent graduate with a diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, I have gained theoretical knowledge and a strong foundation in different areas of HR including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development. My previous work experience at HR Connect Inc., a Canadian HR consulting firm, has honed my practical skills in HR administration such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, drafting employment contracts, and preparing HR reports. Additionally, I have developed strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills through my interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues.
Before moving to Canada, I worked as a recruiter in India for three years where I recruited and onboarded candidates for various clients across industries including IT, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. This experience provided me with valuable insights into recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessments.
