In my most recent role, I worked in Water damage property restoration where I interacted with clients daily and helped resolve their questions and concerns, my responsibilities included communicating with clients, handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional service. I also worked in a fast-paced environment and leraned how to manage multiple tasks effictiently. One of my achievements was improving customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliability.
