Extensive experience in the hospitality industry ranging from restaurants (quick service to 5 star dining and everything in between),to banquet service and sales and most recently Senior Retirement living dining room services manager. I am very focused on customer service and employee retention, I have a keen eye for detail and enjoy mentoring, coaching and developing team members. Worked 6 + years in flag ship location (Swiss Chalet & Harvey's) I was responsible for 8 week training program for new H/O managers as well as New franchisees, their managers and supervisors.
I also have had the opportunity to be a facilitator ( retirement setting and was responsible for training new and existing staff, this 4-hour session focused on “ creating a 5 star dining experience”.
