It all began with a science degree in physical anthropology, where she developed a deep understanding of human movement, anatomy, and what makes us tick — physically, emotionally, and socially. From there, her career took flight.
Fyonna holds over 100 certifications in fitness, yoga, climbing, triathlon, and medical wellness. Her skillset spans from high-performance athletic coaching to adaptive movement for chronic illness, injury recovery, and inclusive wellness programming.
