I am an experienced professional involved in Recruiting, Admissions, Media Design, based in British Columbia, with over 15 plus years dedicated to media marketing, student recruitment, enrollment strategy, and relationship management in post-secondary education. My career spans more than 20 years across media, marketing, consulting, and education. Before focusing exclusively on admissions, I worked in Art and Design, Advertising, Media Marketing, Film and Television, E-learning technologies, and digital content production, delivering projects for global organizations including National Geographic, the Art Institute, the Ministry of Defense Singapore, and the Malaysian Ministry of Education. I bring a unique combination of creative industry experience and student-centered advisory expertise. I am passionate about guiding prospective students toward meaningful educational pathways while contributing to institutional growth through strategic recruitment, engagement, and operational excellence.

• Manage student applications based on B.C Post Secondary Education Policies.
• Manage international admissions aligned with Citizenship & Immigration Canada Policies.
• Conduct campus tours, presentations, and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate student record information with discretion & confidentiality.
• Experience in event organization and planning using Eventbrite.
• Provide guidance on different programs, policies, and admission requirements to students. 
• Maintain accurate data and follow up on inquiries; support daily operations using Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain external contacts with Education Agents, IRCC Immigration Representatives, and External Vendors.
• Expert in Media with 20 years of expertise of using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Video Editor Premiere for Social Media Content and School Presentations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with a variety of program faculty and administrators to resolve student grievances. 
• Create and Facilitate audio video presentations at education events and campus Open House to advise on current programs and career outcomes.
• Fluency in the English language, verbal and written. 
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and within a team environment
