I am fortunate to have experience in a diverse range of roles and industries with over 15 years in customer services, policy advisory, administration and coordination, spanning from the Health Insurance sector to Major Projects and Public Policy, supporting Government and Industry stakeholders.

Throughout my career I have continuously developed my strengths and abilities to successfully engage with, and support a wide range of customers, providing value to them and the companies I work for.
My most recent experience was working for Industry Capability Network (ICN) in Victoria, Australia.
Over 5 years, I experienced growth and development, starting in Policy Administration roles and progressing into lead roles, with a focus on Stakeholder and Government Relations and Customer Services.
Following completion of the Prince2 Certificate in Project Management, I had an improved understanding of project management, planning and implementation.
I have completed certification in Advanced Presentation Skills, providing me with skills and confidence to engage with an audience and facilitate meaningful conversations.
Completion of a Frontline Management course contributed to my desire to lead others within a successful team.
