Gina Duterte

I have around 13 years of experience in the field of Customer Service through different lines of businesses.

I entered the Call Center industry immediately after College and gained experience for almost nine years, working with different lines of businesses from Verizon Business to Marks and Spencer, HSBC and more. I then ventured internationally for almost three years in Dubai, UAE as a Sales and Business Development Manager at GSI GLOBAL. My one year experience as a Food Service Manager at Ybelles Grill in the Philippines after Dubai, has led me to here in Canada as a Shift Supervisor at DQ Grill and Chill from March 25, 2019.

I am an undergraduate of BS Computer Engineering in AMA Computer University in Quezon City, Philippines.
