Hi, I'm Grace — a dedicated and compassionate individual driven to make a meaningful impact wherever I go. I bring a strong work ethic, unwavering punctuality, and a genuine heart to everything I do. Whether I'm supporting a team, assisting customers, or learning new skills, I approach each task with eagerness and care. I'm known for being reliable, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile — not because I have to, but because I truly want to. What sets me apart is my ability to show up fully: prepared, punctual, and ready to contribute. I'm a quick learner who adapts fast, asks thoughtful questions, and enjoys mastering new responsibilities. I thrive in collaborative environments and take pride in helping others succeed. I treat everyone with kindness and professionalism, bringing warmth to the workplace while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude — even when challenges arise. I'm actively seeking opportunities where I can grow, serve, and build a career I’m proud of. Above all, I believe success isn’t just about skills — it’s about attitude, integrity, and the willingness to keep evolving. If you're looking for someone who brings both heart and hustle, I’d love to connect.
During the Summer 2022 season and March 2023 Break Camp at Trinity CRC, I served as a Camp Counsellor and Playground Leader, where I facilitated recreational programming for children in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. My responsibilities included leading games, crafts, and outdoor activities tailored to various age groups, while maintaining active supervision and promoting positive behavior. I worked closely with fellow staff to support daily routines, manage transitions, and communicate effectively with parents. These experiences strengthened my leadership, adaptability, and communication skills, and deepened my commitment to youth development and community engagement.
I completed the Working In The Homeless Shelter System (CSCE-100) course, which provided foundational training for supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. This certificate emphasized an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion lens while exploring the historical and systemic factors contributing to homelessness. Through interactive learning, Grace developed key competencies in Anti-Oppressive Practice, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Mental Health Support. The course also introduced practical knowledge of shelter operations and service pathways, preparing her to work effectively within transitional and chronic homelessness settings
