I'm an organized person, who is looking to implement the skills I've acquired in my last employment positions. Most of the work I've had is being excellent at handling cash and credit transactions, using social media for marketing purposes, and employing a vast array of math and reading and numeracy skills in word, power point applications which are not limited to daily and monthly logging information and inventory for large companies, heavy use of computer and front desk work, as one of my main job responsibilities involved dealing with the public on a daily basis making appointments and greeting guests while logging their attendance on logbooks and other record-keeping methods. Im profiecient in English and spanish, both written and oral.
Other duties in previous jobs included partaking in the organization of large events during parties and having to deal with large number of guests in several places. I'm also available to start anytime.
The home depot is one of the jobs that I can say I'm proud to brag about on a resume because it summarizes my character and my list of skills to perfection. The job I loved doing the most was keeping customers informed of different products in store, finding a wide selection of building and construction materials for their house projects. I felt very passionate to work from a desk in the blind section of the store.
Therefore I would be of assistance to the manager of that section and also would be called to work as a cashier as directed by the shift manager. I worked at the store for one year, after my completion I returned to Ontario in search of a new job.
I am a social worker and a certified CPR and First aid responder. I graduated from Fleming College in 2012. I have a GPA of 4.3.
