Prepares breakfast entrées, prepares in the preparation of luncheon and dinner entrees, catering, soups, sauces, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, desserts and other foods from menu plan for breakfast, and luncheon by: determining menu requirements and performing preliminary food preparation; performing meat cutting work including trimming, de-boning, cutting and apportioning beef, pork, lamb, poultry products, and other meats; Cleaning, filleting, cutting, and/or apportioning fish and other seafood; Cooking beef, pork, lamb, poultry products, seafood, vegetables, and other foods from menu plan; Preparing desserts, pastries, and related items;
Preparing and/or assisting in the preparation of foods for daily and special menus and for catering food and beverages to approved areas when required;
