Hana Gedif

My name is Hana Gedif, and I am a food technologist with a strong research background in developing innovative biopolymer coatings for food preservation. I completed a six-month research internship at Dalhousie University. My research interests include sustainable food packaging, biopolymer technology, and quality control.

I have authored scientific manuscripts published in reputable food science journals. Currently, I am seeking a position in the areas of food technology, quality control, research assistance, or product development.

I have more than 5 years of work experience.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and Process Engineering and my master’s degree in Food Technology.
