I am currently a new upcoming graduate and small business owner in Winnipeg. I founded and launched my brand, Sthayne by Welhayne in 2020. With experience of participating local markets in Winnipeg and expertise in social media marketing through my own brand. In 2022, I created and founded Local Collective, a local pop up that celebrates local businesses around Manitoba and have collaborated with over 100 local businesses over the past year.
I am currently the Executive Director and Co-founder at Local Collective in Winnipeg.
Collective is a local pop up that I created and currently coordinate with over 50 vendors every event. In this position, I am responsible for executing and developing business plans for Local Collective and curating local pop ups every season. Responsible with our social media market strategy and emails.
Over the past year, I have gained ample experience in the field of Market Coordinator. Collaborating with over 100 local businesses in Manitoba and working with organizations like Harvest Manitoba, CommUNITY204 and Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba for our community initiative.
