Having 4+ Years of JIRA Administration with experience in customizing JIRA projects with various schemas, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes. Provided ongoing support and configuration for JIRA projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and other administrative tasks. Having good administration experience in maintaining Atlassian products like JIRA, Confluence, Crowd and various plugins.
Strong experience in migration of JIRA/Confluence environments.
Experience on both Agile Model & Waterfall Mode.
Tools : Jira, Confluence, Bit bucket, Fisheye, Crucible, Crowd.
Technologies: Oracle, Windows, Unix, Ms Office, MS SQL Server.
