Harshil Shah

Currently, a full-time student at Carleton University, pursuing Masters of Engineering in Sustainable Energy and Policy Unit program. I have been working as a customer experience salesfloor associate with Walmart since November 2021. My work role here at Walmart is to make the store a better place for customers to shop around and make their shopping experience smooth. I am a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking person who likes and looks forward to learning something new every day.

As a customer experience Salesfloor Associate, I have learned a lot from this position. I have developed the strong skill of communication while dealing with customers in the store. Also, as my job role here is to make the store organized, my organizational skill also got enriched. Before starting Walmart, I had been with Larsen And Toubro back in my country so I also got to learn time management skills.

So currently I am pursuing M.Eng in Sustainable Energy and Policy Unit program at Carleton University. I did my Bachelor in Electrical Engineering at Charotar University of Science And Technology, Gujarat, India.
