I am an international student of University Canada West, pursuing Masters of Business Administration (specialization in HR) with batch 2023-24. I would like to give a brief more about myself.

1. Education: I am a student with medical background and have done post-graduation diploma in management (HR) from New Delhi, India in Y2016. This was the first time I started liking talking to people and discovered that I am an extrovert personal.

1.  Experience: I have an experience of 6 years dealing with people, hiring them with strategies, hearing about their issues, managing the conflicts, smooth onboarding & separation. I have also handled administration profile along with my HR profile which includes, providing relocation/transfer assistance to our employees, making agreements with vendors, handling housekeeping staff by properly checking their daily checklists. I have worked with people with different nationalities, like Indian, Chinese, Bangladeshi etc. I am tech savvy who can use& learn softwares. If you don’t work on softwares, that’s also not a problem for me, as I can create all dashboards & excel calculators. 

1. Personality: I am at my highly energetic phase of my age which is 29 now. I am highly hard-working girl who can’t sit idle. If we will get a chance to work together, you will always see me working. I am very strong in Analysis so I can’t take rest before solving any problem or completing any assignments. I always take initiatives and limelight of the party kind of a person. I never hesitate to talk to people which makes me a good HR & Administration professional.

1. Best Fit Jobs: However, I have worked with the organisations at Manager grade but now I am in a new culture where I have a lot to learn initially. So, right now I am ready to work at coordinator/assistant grades as I will learn lot of the things from ground level. So I am open to all the jobs which are related to People dealing whether it’s HR, administration or customer relations. As I know, everyone is an HR manager when I comes to public dealing. 

1. Work Eligibility: I am eligible to work for 20 Hours & can join immediately

1. Work availability: I am available to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

1. Availability for the interview: Any day except Tuesday/Thursday.

1. Current Accommodation: Surrey, British Columbia but I can shift according to my work but only in Vancouver & Coquitlam.
