I have a strong background in technical skills and project management. With proficiency in multiple operating systems, applications, and platforms such as Windows, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office 365, Google Sheets, SQL, and MYSQL, I have the technical knowledge to drive success in any project.

As a Sales and Services Team Member at Hero-Reva Motors, I collaborated with internal teams and assisted in supply chain management. While working as a Customer Service Associate for RedCross Canada during the Hurricane Fiona disaster assistance program, I developed effective communication and customer service skills.
