Over 10 years of experience working in various roles in software development and as a Scrum Master for the last 5 years, my technical background has enabled me to guide cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time with focus on Product goal. Over 10 yeas experience working in IT and Software development with cross functional and globally distributed teams. With around 5 years working as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment for Banking application.
