Holly Meadows

Working in various roles within hospitality and the community sector has helped me develop excellent interpersonal skills. I pride myself on my communication skills to allow my colleagues, staff and guests to be informed and everything to run smoothly. I am compassionate and have a great sense of humor which enables effective relationships with colleagues and guests.

I am a team player but also enjoy working independently and using my own initiative. I work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering the highest level of service. Having varied roles has allowed me to manage my time effectively, be flexible and have good organizational skills to meet deadlines, keep records and deliver a quality service.

I always adhere to the organization's policies, procedures and behave in a way that is consistent with the mission and principles.

I have over 5 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry and love Serving. I thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst making guests feel relaxed and delivering a wonderful dining experience.

I love working in a team with likeminded people. I am a super friendly person and use humor and empathy to build rapport with colleagues and guests. I am a great team player by pulling my weight, using my initiative and supporting my colleagues to ensure we deliver the highest possible professional and friendly service whilst enjoying working together.
