I just graduated from NAIT with a Business Administration- Human Resources Management diploma. I have never worked as a manager before or have job experience in human resoures. What i do have is, knowledge I've attained while in the 2 year program at NAIT as well as a bunch of work experience in customer service, so i will for sure be a great candidate for whoever hires me.
Ive worked in customer service, retail and hospitality my whole life.
