I have been working in trademarks for 19 years.
I have been engaged in intellectual property-related roles for the last nineteen years. I have experience dealing with and providing support in respect of the full spectrum of trademark-related filed, including trademark applications and prosecution, office actions and oppositions. I have regularly corresponded with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and kept up to date in changes to the trademark legislation and international protocols and their effects on trademark files and client matters under my care.
I am fluent in both official languages. I have handled correspondence with associates all around the world. I am approachable and work well with others, but I am also comfortable working independently. I am organized, professional and diligent, and am capable of managing a large number of files and deadlines with minimal supervision.
