I am a practicing attorney with 5 years of experience in intellectual property law. I have consistently provided legal advice on IP protection, licensing, trade secrets, and helped clients preparing and filling trademark and patent applications. I have also successfully represented clients in IP disputes, including trademark and copyright infringement cases at the federal court of Canada.
Additionally, I have chaired hearings and rendered decisions regarding the expungements of trademarks as a Hearing Officer at the Canadian Trademarks Opposition Board in order to ensure compliance to the Trademarks Act.
My approach to legal matters is holistic. I understand the business implications of legal decisions, and I always keep the client's best interests in mind. I am also highly organized and efficient, with excellent communication and time management skills.
