A competent and motivated scholarly publishing professional with over >10 years of industry experience in multiple domains of editorial operations. I have had the chance to lead two differently skilled teams and the opportunity to test my skills in editing, quality management, project management, content development, vendor management, and product development. I have been responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with well-known publishers and consultants.

I am a BELS-certified editor with extensive experience in working on academic manuscripts written by non-native English speaking researchers/authors. I work a lot with manuscripts from Mathematics, Physics, and other Physical Sciences.

The diverse nature of subject areas that I have worked with has helped me gain experience in working with style guides like ACS, AMA, CSE, APA, IEEE, APS, and CMS. I have also worked a lot with TeX documents and have extensive experience in using word-based templates for formatting, as well as popular referencing styles of Vancouver, Harvard, and APA.

I have completed my Masters in Science in Organic Chemistry.
