Ivan Mesbah

My name is Ivan, a dynamic and adventurous individual who has always been passionate about exploring new cultures and ways of life. Originally from Paris, France, I decided to move to Toronto a few years ago to pursue new career opportunities and experience life in a different part of the world. It's been now 3 years, I am a permanent resident and I am ready to move forward in my career.

As a Scrum Master, I have experience in leading and facilitating Agile teams using Scrum methodology. I am responsible for ensuring the team follows the Scrum framework and removing any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals. I serve as a coach and mentor to the team, helping to improve their performance, increase collaboration, and promote continuous improvement. I also facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. To be a successful Scrum Master, I possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
