Jairo Münare

Skilled geologist with four years of experience in the mining industry, committed and rigorous with the work that I do, I have developed skills in the area of production, quality ore control, and exploration in various types of deposits such as Vms (Fe,Cu,Zn), hydrothermal rich in polymetallic and metamorphosed sedimentary precious rock hosts.

Throughout my learning i have modeled geological deposits using specific software such as Leapfrog Geo, Auto CAD, Datamine, Arc GIS in addition to other skills in the computational area such as handling Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), updating database in Microsoft Access; Fluent in Spanish and English with strong inter personal skills and adaptability to field and environment requirements.

Mine Geologist- Miner S.A, Medellin, Colombia (2018-2022)

• Realized and digitalized the underground geology mapping in mineralized and sterile developments taking in account the geological background using AutoCAD and ArcGIS as designed software to do more precise the georeferentiation quality on the data, 
• Updated the assays database using Ms Access, 
• Estimated the tonnes of dilution and ore grade through Datamine, visit daily the stock piles and estimate the tonnes of mineral available, 
• Realized daily reports to the geology team, 
• Realized the digitalization of dhh in 3d models using the information obtained in a set of different core drilling wells with Leapfrog Geo, 
• Realized a wide variety of other activities designated for the geologist chief as participate in safety meetings, 
• Tagged and delivered rock samples to the laboratory and drive 4x4 vehicles as pick ups between defined exploitation points.

Exploration Geologist – Paragenesis Mining Consultants, Cucuta, Colombia (April - December 2018)

• Visited the developments in a wide variety of mining projects as gold, copper, coal, clays, sedimentary emeralds,
• Realized, digitalized cartography using Auto CAD, 
• Performed procedures to the acquisition of rock samples using international QA/QC parameters, 
• Prepared exploration and exploitation plans using longitudinal and transversal sections using Dem images, superposition of satellite images through ArcGIS and Datamine as part of a wide quantity of tasks related to the mine geology 
• Created monthly reports and participated in safety meetings

• Created geological maps and Cross sections for understand the development and location of interest targets.
