According to the gym's established front-end service protocols and standards, including card processing, daily wiping/organizing equipment, disinfecting surfaces, customers, emergency incident handling, information processing, event layout, replenishing supplies and props and other tasks, maintain a high level of cleanliness and props for exercisers. Hygiene is a healthy and active environment to exercise and achieve fitness goals.
Responsible for phone card management to ensure that 100% of products are placed in order and insufficient supply. Familiar with the usage process and methods of autonomous checkout machines, guide and assist 100+ customers to complete product transactions (mobile phones and phone cards), with a cumulative processing amount of 100,000+, and customer satisfaction reaching 100%. Actively communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback, collect multiple opinions and propose 4 effective measures that are adopted by supervisors to effectively improve customer shopping experience.
Participated in a volunteer job to venue guidance of IDO Media’s 10 years ceremony and Chinese Association ceremony
