I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 17 years, most recently as the Manager on duty for the Fairmont Pacific Rim in Downtown Vancouver. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing 4 restaurants, In-room dining service for 453 luxury suites, special and corporate events for up to 1500 guests. I also managed a team of 84 employees, ensuring that they were well-trained and capable of providing exceptional service to our guests.
My previous experience has taught me how to manage large teams of employees while still fostering a positive work environment. I believe that creating an atmosphere where employees feel valued and appreciated is essential to running a successful business. My goal is to create a culture where employees are happy and motivated to provide excellent service to our guests.
