About

We are a hardworking, reliable and responsible husband-and-wife team looking for a Live-In Caretaker / Resident Manager position in Winnipeg. We are very interested in working together to care for and maintain a residential building or apartment property. We believe our combined skills make us a strong fit for this type of position.

I have several years of experience working in healthcare, where I have developed strong skills in cleaning, housekeeping, organization, safety, communication and working respectfully with residents and families. I am dependable, detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining clean, safe and comfortable environments. My husband, Aleksandar Sintai, has been working as a Heavy Duty Mechanic with Ocean Trailer since 2017.

He has extensive hands-on experience with mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, diagnostics, tools and equipment. His mechanical background would be a valuable asset for a residential property requiring someone capable of handling maintenance issues and repairs. Together, we can provide a dependable on-site presence and take care of many of the daily responsibilities involved in maintaining a residential property.

We are honest, respectful, hardworking and committed people. We have no criminal record and are willing to complete any required background checks. We are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity where we can take pride in the property, support residents and become a reliable part of the building community.
