Jenna Pearce

A recent graduate from the University of Guelph, with an honours degree in Management Economics and Finance. During my studies, I took several opportunities to learn more about computer science and took several different classes that gave me the opportunity to practice my coding skills. This was an intentional decision because information is causing drastic changes in the way we work and live, so it is essential that I understand the dynamics of data, information and computing.

I have a deep interest in analytical finance as it focuses on finding the stories in organizational data, and determining what state a business is in. My past employment opportunities have taught me great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

I have a proven track record in business improvement and optimization, complemented by strong coding skills. My work experience has provided me with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT, effectively speaking the language of both disciplines

Bachelor of Commerce with a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph. I graduated with honours and a certification confirming my completion of the Finance co-op program by completing a minimum of 16 months of work experience.
