Hi, My name is Jerin Joseph. I am currently working with Icon property mangement as customer service representative. I have hands on experience with qa testing and have worked as Shift amangerr at McDonalds restaurant in Cochin, India. I am strongly motivated to work and improve in the financial industry, through continued education and collaboration with team members and the management.
I am currently employed with con property amangement as a customer service representative. I have the experience of having worked as QA Analyst in E vector company and worked on business management applicaton, teste datatbase and made sure that the program had good erroe handling caapabilities. I also worked as a Shift manager at McDonalds, where I resolved management-related discrepancies through the application of standard financial procedures such as schedule validation, payroll administration, shift allocation, and inventory management of supplies.
I have completed my 3 year degreee in Business administrationa nd hospitality from IHM India during April 2010–June 2013. Also, I did my postgraduate Management diploma from Centennial college in Baking Arts from June 2017- Oct 2018.
