I have many years of experience working directly with people in diverse professional settings where I was able to utilize my leadership and management skills, as well as, my coordination and facilitation skills. I have proven through my work ethics that I am able to grow professionally as an individual and also adapt in different team dynamics, whenever necessary. I am able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone or through different types of media like email or social media. I am also a fast learner and I am confident that with proper training and guidance, I am able to pick up any skill set that can help me be more effective for the role.
I made a personal choice to leave the work force 8 years ago to start a family and I am grateful for the time I was able to spend at home where I was able to focus on being a mom and wife. I continued to apply my skills as I navigated in my new role of running a household. Now that my son is almost 5 years old and entering Kindergarten soon, I wish to switch my focus back to my personal professional growth.
I've worked as a customer service agent for various employers such as eBay, Inspyre Solutions and Royal Bank of Canada. Each role required me to expertly navigate through different client concerns. I've excelled in my roles which resulted to my managers utilizing me for training purposes to assist and guide new-hires. I am capable to work independently, as well as, work within a team and always keep my company's vision and goals in mind.
I have a BS in Architecture from the Philippines.
