I have dedicated the past 14 years to the hospitality industry, beginning my career as a hostess/server assistant and eventually transitioning into the kitchen. After completing a two-year culinary program, I gained valuable experience working at prestigious establishments, including JW Marriott, The Sheraton, Shy's Place, Pepperwood Bistro, MAX Resto Lounge, Noble Bistro, and 7Enoteca. Each role has allowed me to refine my skills and deepen my understanding of high-end restaurant and hotel operations.
