I am a Gourmet from the University of La Sabana, with a diploma in consulting apprentice from the same university. I am improving my professional profile by studying the specialization of Culinary Management at Fanshawe college.

I have knowledge and foundations in culinary arts, food study, science, and food technology of Colombian, European, Asian, and American cuisine. In the management of companies in the food and beverage sector, as well as entrepreneurship, technologies, procedures, processes, and quality tools such as Six Sigma focused on ingredients, techniques, and products in the industry.

Besides managing business models and using Excel and Canvas tools.

I am a professional gourmet with several knowledge which I continue strengthening until actuality since I am studying Culinary Management at Fanshawe College
