Joshua Brunsdon

I'm 33 years old and I've got a small family couple with way too many animals.

I've been in the food industry for 21 years, but I'm not shy to learning new tasks.

I'm pretty great at self teaching but I'm so pretty great at keeping quiet and learning.

I'm like a sponge, because I learn and retain well, so you can count on the fact that I'll always put my 100 into everything I do.

I ran my own kitchen and bar, and had myself published in Kelowna, but covid wasn't nice to small businesses, which is why I came a the way out east.

I needed something new and now I'm here.

I'm eager to work, so don't be shy in reaching out!

I've managed my own business and have had dozens work under me.

I'm passionate and full of fire, which shows in how I work.

There really isn't a challenge I'm not willing to at least try.

I'm fast and I'm efficient in my cooking.

I also belive in working In a fun environment and very much enjoy making those around me smile and laugh.

The last bit of schooling I did was for law enforcement, and I've never been to culinary school, I've just been doing this a long time, and I'm passionate about it.
