Hospitality and tourism it is my passion. Interaction with the customer is always pleasant challenge that like to face it.

Since school I have had a variety of positions in boutique hotels as well as large chains, in Europe and North America, respectfully. Throughout my career, I have integrated and implemented various sales of products or services, booking, scheduling, CRM, and accounting systems. I am familiar with all the types of the operation from different departments.

I graduated from university with a 4.0 grade point average. During my studies, I had the chance to organize trips to prove myself as a guide in Prague and Berlin.

Completion of technical school at the level of 4.5. I completed numerous internships in renowned hotels during my education, which gave me the basic and necessary knowledge about the industry. During my studies I also took a personal development course, as well as a bartending course.
