Rabbit Farming - Quarcoo Initiatives

(2019)

• Manages the breeding process, including selecting breeding pairs, monitoring pregnancies, and ensuring safe birthing conditions for the doe.
• Removes waste, including manure and soiled bedding, regularly to maintain hygiene and prevent disease.
• Does regularly monitoring rabbit health, administering vaccinations and parasite control as needed, and consulting with a veterinarian experienced in rabbit care.

Crop Farming - Ocembo Farms

(2015 - 2019)

• Sowed seeds, bulbs and planted young seedlings by hand and sometimes machine.
• Cleared weeds and debris from planting fields.
• Sorted, graded, and packed produce into containers
• Applied treatments to protect plants from pests, fungi, and diseases
• Directed and oversaw general farming activities such as fertilizing and pest and weed control
