Distributed information within the office by answering phones, maintaining and organizing files, taking memos, documenting expenses from customers, as well as greeting clients and customers. Frequently used Microsoft platforms, such as excel, performed and finalized "notice to readers", and gained meaningful experience with accounting and HR functions. This included CaseWare and WorkDay These tasks were ultimately used for building a foundation for supporting the office and staff.
