• 10+ years’ experience with The Workman’s Compensation board (WCB) including obtaining clearance letters, initiating employee claims, and claims follow up
• Developer/Author of corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs) including labour law advisement for large multi-national corporations
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude in high pressure settings
• Direct management and supervision of up to 60 employees
