Certified Personal Support Worker with recent, hands-on clinical experience in a licensed Ontario long-term care home, plus over a year of prior home-care experience supporting seniors and clients living with dementia. Delivers person-centred care across the full range of activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, toileting, skin and mouth care, feeding, and safe lifts and transfers — while protecting client dignity, comfort, and independence. Trained in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) for responsive and behavioural care.
